Anna giggles. “Honour? No, love. I so appreciate you coming to check up on me. To this day, I struggle with formality. It’s so… restrictive. It’s corseting. It doesn’t feel right unless something bad has happened. And with you here, it’s quite the opposite.” She smiles at you, her beam true and deep. “I know that with you here, I’m only in for good things in my life.”

You step forward, extending your arm. Anna eagerly walks around the table and takes your open hand.
